Whether working with our design team or yours, we start going over details and source the material. We will require a deposit at this point.
Once you have accepted the contract and paid the deposit, your Avant team will start construction within 3 days. We'll pay on a NET-15 schedule.

You don't have to worry, generally, about material procurement if you don't want too. We will discuss these details during our call.
We do charge a deposit before starting every project to purchase material. If there is a special arrangement we would like to discuss this prior to starting.
Yes. We'll need specifics (on the needs) but generally can be your go to for mechanical needs.
Yes, we can together terminate a contract or cancel a project at any time, and your final payment can be negotiated. Sadly no returns on deposits will be made unless otherwise noted.

We do not have a licensed Architect on staff but we do have Designers that can be available on request.
Many projects may run into the scenario of change or needing alterations to the original scope. We work with you and your ideas to make sure that all future costs and expectations are discussed upfront.
We pay on a NET-15 basis via online payment, check or bank transfer. If this isn't suitable, please get in touch and we can discuss alternative payment terms.
