How do I get started?

To get started, either call us or send us a quote digitally here.

Do I need to order or purchase material myself?

You don't have to worry, generally, about material procurement if you don't want too. We will discuss these details during our call.

Do you charge a fee?

We do charge a deposit before starting every project to purchase material. If there is a special arrangement we would like to discuss this prior to starting.

Do you install appliances?

Yes. We'll need specifics (on the needs) but generally can be your go to for mechanical needs.

Can I cancel a project?

Yes, we can together terminate a contract or cancel a project at any time, and your final payment can be negotiated. Sadly no returns on deposits will be made unless otherwise noted.

What do I need to provide you with?

Your next home or commercial project will be that much better when there is a sense of ownership and pride in working with your Avant team in picking out materials, suggesting space strategies and provide recommendation for your dream space.

Do your provide Design or Architectural services.

We do not have a licensed Architect on staff but we do have Designers that can be available on request.

What is Avant's change order process like?

Many projects may run into the scenario of change or needing alterations to the original scope. We work with you and your ideas to make sure that all future costs and expectations are discussed upfront.

What are the payment terms?

We pay on a NET-15 basis via online payment, check or bank transfer. If this isn't suitable, please get in touch and we can discuss alternative payment terms.
